Gutturnio DOC Superiore Impetuoso: a really impetuous still red wine

The Gutturnio Superiore DOC of the winery "Mossi 1558"  is a still red wine with a robust body, with aromas of spicy notes of black pepper, with vegetal hints in the background. This wine is an excellent pair for traditional first courses (filled pasta with savory sauces) and to enhance the taste of red meat second courses: braised, or grilled meats. Gutturnio also pairs perfectly with legumes second courses.
