The Malvasia Bianca DOC from the Piacenza hills "Travolgente" is a dry, light-bodied sparkling wine. The aromas are aromatic and floral, with hints of exotic fruit in the background. Excellent as an aperitif or throughout the meal, it is an ideal match for fish dishes, seafood, delicate risottos, vegetable soups, or pumpkin-based dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8°–10°C.
