With a straw yellow color and greenish reflections, it is very concentrated and persistent on the nose, with notes of elderberry and beeswax. Exposure: South-East Planting density: 4000 plants/ha Production technology: Cold skin-maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16-18°C. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks. After aging, the wine was blended, lightly clarified, and finally filtered.
