The green sauce from the Pizzavacca farm is based on an ancient Piacenza recipe; a sauce with a bold flavor, to be paired with boiled meats and meat stews. Green sauce for meat: a ready-to-use mix of parsley, onions, and garlic, in vacuum-sealed glass jars. A drizzle of olive oil gives it the perfect consistency. To be enjoyed with meat, it is perfect for accompanying boiled meats and tasty paired with hot crostini for an aperitif.
