Top-quality bell peppers prepared in a soft emulsion with onions, tomatoes, oil, and wine vinegar. It’s our grandparents' recipe, made just like in the old days. Cascina Pizzavacca's peperonata is tasty and irresistible. It pairs well with cheese, salami, boiled meats, and steamed vegetables; it is excellent for filling gourmet sandwiches, as a pasta sauce, and on pizza! Ingredients: Bell peppers (60%), onions, Italian tomatoes (in varying proportions), high-oleic sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar (the vinegar contains SULPHITES), sugar, salt.     Possible Allergens: celery, sulphites   Nutritional information:
