Apricot nectar is a sweet nectar with a delicate flavor, to be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature. The nectars from Cascina Pizzavacca contain at least 50% fruit. In their special vacuum-sealed jar, they can be stored for a full 18 months at room temperature. Naturally, this is achieved not with the help of preservatives, but through the vacuum-sealing technique.
