The "Travolgente" Colli Piacentini DOC Malvasia is a dry, sparkling white wine with a light body. On the nose, it is aromatic and floral, with hints of exotic fruit in the background. Excellent for aperitifs or throughout the meal, it is an ideal pairing for fish dishes, seafood, delicate risottos, vegetable cream soups, or dishes based on pumpkin. Serve at a temperature of 8°-10° C.
