The Gutturnio Superiore DOC from the "Mossi 1558" winery is a still red wine with a robust body, featuring aromas of spicy black pepper notes with vegetal hints in the background. This wine is an excellent pairing for traditional first courses (filled pasta with savory sauces) and to enhance the taste of red meat main courses: braised or grilled meats. Gutturnio also pairs perfectly with legume-based main courses.
