The Gutturnio Superiore DOC Impetuoso from the Mossi 1558 winery is a still red wine with a robust body, featuring spicy notes of black pepper and subtle vegetal undertones. This wine is excellent for accompanying traditional first courses (stuffed pasta, pasta with savory sauces) and for enhancing the taste of red meat main courses: braised meats, game, and grilled meat. Gutturnio also pairs remarkably well with main courses featuring legumes and grains. This wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius.
