Ampelographic Composition: Barbera 60%, Croatina (Bonarda) 40% Soil Nature: Medium-textured, sub-alkaline, slightly calcareous. Grape Yield: 80/90 quintals/hectare Production Technology: After a soft pressing and maceration at a temperature of 23°C for 6 days, the wine slowly finishes its fermentation at 18°C to keep its fruity aromas intact. Then, refermentation begins in an autoclave to complete its pleasant and rustic typicality with a delicate sparkle.
