Sweet and sour vegetable Giardiniera: an explosion of taste

Artisanal Giardiniera of mixed vegetables in sweet and sour sauce. Bell peppers, carrots, celery, onions, cauliflower, green beans, combined in an explosion of fresh and genuine taste, preserved in vacuum-sealed glass jars. From Cascina Pizzavacca, a typical local preparation. Vegetables are hand-cut, cooked, and preserved using a special process passed down through generations. The giardiniera keeps for many months in its own sweet and sour liquid, which gives it a unique flavor. To be paired with cured meats and cheeses, but also perfect enjoyed on its own.
