The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Jelly has a delicately sweet and sour flavor that slowly melts in the mouth, releasing the typical aroma of the finest balsamic vinegar. This jelly has a creamy consistency and is perfect for pairing with raw or cooked foods. Furthermore, thanks to its glossy texture, it is an ideal ingredient for garnishing refined dishes.
