Sfacciato Colli Piacentini Bonarda DOC still wine: pleasant acidity with notes of morello cherry
The Bonarda from the Colli Piacentini, Sfacciato DOC still wine, is a medium-bodied red wine, ideal for traditional Emilian and Piacentine first courses (stuffed pasta, rich sauces) and for main courses featuring white meats and vegetable omelets. On the nose, it offers fruity notes, with a predominance of black cherry and red berries. Serving temperature: 16°-18° C Cantina Mossi boasts centuries of history: it has been producing wine since at least 1558. It is located in the hills of Piacenza, in Emilia-Romagna, where it cultivates traditional local varieties, including Barbera and Croatina for red wines, and Ortrugo and Malvasia di Candia Aromatica for white wines. In recent decades, it has taken care of the Malvasia Rosa, a very rare variety produced by only three wineries in the world.
