"Seduzione" PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Seduzione, crafted following an ancient tradition, is born from the musts of ripe, dried grapes. This balsamic vinegar is the most versatile of the collection, dense and well-balanced, suitable for dressing both sweet and savory dishes raw. Produced with cooked must from late-harvest dried grapes and wine vinegar aged in oak barriques, it is excellent on soft and aged cheeses, risottos, white meats, roast beef, and boiled meats. It is also ideal on ice cream, yogurt, and fresh fruit. It offers aromas of plums, red fruit, honey, and vanilla. Ingredients: Cooked grape must*, wine vinegar*. *Sulphites
