"Passione" PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Passione is Condimenteria’s pride, a rich and complex balsamic. Aged for a long time in various types of wood, it is extremely aromatic, round, and balanced. Made with cooked grape must and aged wine vinegar, it is ideal for risottos, eggs, tartare, grilled meats, shellfish, and desserts. Also perfect for refined cocktails. It has a robust body and significant thickness, with distinctive aromas of plums, black cherries, and sweet spices derived from the ancient woods in which it has matured.
