Cecco represents the simplicity and authenticity of the people of Piacenza.\n\nThe Cecco Emilia IGT red wine is born from the prized Barbera, Croatina, and Cabernet grapes.\n\nThe grapes for this wine are harvested by hand. Subsequently, a portion of the grapes is harvested late to ensure a high sugar content.\n\nThe grapes are crushed and then aged in barriques. At the end of the aging process, the perfect combination is achieved.\n\nWith an intense, lively, and brilliant ruby red color, it offers notes of red fruits and hints of wood on the nose. On the palate, the wine is agile and fresh, ensuring pleasant drinkability and the right length.\n\nThis wine should be served at room temperature (14-16 degrees) and pairs perfectly with elaborate first courses featuring meat or mushroom sauces.
