It pairs perfectly with vegetable and shellfish appetizers as well as cured meats and white meats.\n\nThe winery, committed to the promotion of native grape varieties, the defense of biodiversity, and respect for the rhythms of nature and grape processing, produces a wine that is an expression of the territory.
